SPECIAL CONDITIONS - RED PACK

SOHNSKIN ULULE CAMPAIGN

The red pack is offered by Sohnskin, to any visitor of the website www.ulule.com/sohnskin (the "Ulule Site") as part of the launch of the crowdfunding campaign on the Ulule platform (hereinafter the "Red Pack").

The items included in the Red Pack (and detailed in these Special Conditions) will be granted to the first ten (10) Beneficiaries who have made a payment of one thousand (€1,000) euros on the Ulule platform (in accordance with the general terms and conditions of the Ulule Site), for the purchase of the Red Pack (hereinafter the "Beneficiary").

The Beneficiary agrees to have read the present Special Conditions of the Red Pack before any payment is made.

The Red Pack includes the following items:

  • The 3-step Sohnskin face-body-hair ritual:

o   A Cleanser (Soft Cloud Cleanser);           

o   A Gel (Rainbow Soothing Gel) ;

o   A Cream (Velvet Balm Cream).

  • A set of two (2) organic cotton t-shirts, hand-embroidered "Sohnskin" (adult size and child size).
  • A family card game on emotional intelligence.
  • And finally, a "trip to Korea" with a "Sohnskin guided tour" in Seoul, the content of which is detailed in these Special Conditions.

The Red Pack is available for sale only as part of Sohnskin's Ulule Campaign, on the Ulule Site, and until the end of the Ulule Campaign (i.e. October 15, 2023).

The purpose of these Special Conditions is to detail the contents of the "trip to Korea" offer in Seoul (hereinafter the "Trip to Seoul", including the "Sohnskin Guided Tour").

The conditions of the Trip to Seoul offer from the Red Pack are as follows:

  • The Trip to Seoul offer consists solely of a round-trip plane ticket with a maximum total value of one thousand (€1,000) Euros.
  • The Trip to Seoul offer is only awarded to Beneficiaries who have purchased the Red Pack on the Sohnskin Ulule campaign presented on the Ulule Site, and who have reached the legal age of majority in their country of residence at the time of purchase of the Red Pack.
  • The Trip to Seoul includes round-trip airfare for a limited period of one month, during the month of May 2024 only.
  • The flights included in the Red Pack, Trip to Seoul offer are only those :

o   departing from Paris Charles de Gaulle airport and

o   to Seoul Incheon airport, in economy class.

  • It is specified that the Beneficiary must send before November 15, 2023 (inclusive) the precise dates (days) of the outward and return journey to Seoul, to the following e-mail address: dongsinne@sohnskin.com
  • It is also specified that the times of the flights (departure and return) are not determined in advance (so that they may be night or day flights, in consideration of the dates provided by the Beneficiary).
  • It is agreed that the Beneficiary may have to make stopovers as part of the flights included in the present Trip to Seoul offer.

The Trip to Seoul includes the following activities of Sohnskin Guided Tour that the Beneficiary can carry out during his or her stay:

  1. A visit to the Sohnskin factory (including transfer to the factory from Seoul)
  2. A meeting with Sohnskin dermatologists
  3. An invitation to a traditional Korean meal with the Sohnskin team
  4. A K-beauty tour in the heart of Seoul to discover the latest beauty trends with the Sohnskin founders.

The Trip to Seoul does not include other payments that the one round-trip plane ticket explain bellow.  Then it does not include also following payments which will be charged to the Beneficiary:

  • Transportation to Paris Charles de Gaulles airport and/or from Seoul Incheon airport;
  • Hotel accommodation during the Beneficiary's stay;
  • Meals (excluding the invitation dinner provided by Sohnskin)
  • Additional expenses (leisure activities, visits, additional trips, etc.). 

Cancellation policy :

Nominative purchase, non-transferable to a third party. Non-cancellable and non-refundable from time of ticket issue. A valid passport is required at the time of booking. 

Liability:

Sohnskin cannot be held responsible in the event of delay and/or cancellation of the flights chosen and included in the Red Pack Trip to Seoul, acquired by the Beneficiary as part of Sohnskin's Ulule campaign.

In general, Sohnskin cannot be held responsible in the event of any event beyond its control preventing the Beneficiary from travelling to Seoul and/or returning to Paris. 

Application of the Red Pack :

The terms and conditions of application of this Red Pack will be sent to the Beneficiary by e-mail, as from October 15, 2023.
